TO GET THE LATEST VERSION:
1. Turn OFF your antivirus including default Windows Defender. Why?
2. Make sure your simulator is not running.
3. Run ACE (Start>Captain Sim>C-130H ACE) > click Check for updates > OK and wait till the update installer appears.
4. Close ACE.
5. Follow the update installer prompts.
